DNA μg & pmol Converter
This tool converts micrograms of DNA and picomoles of DNA according to the following formula where N is the length of the DNA:

First enter the length of the DNA fragment in bp, then enter the amountof DNA either in ug (Top) or in pmol (Bottom) and click on the 'Calculate' button to make the unit conversion:
